What do you do in your job?
I am responsible for managing the Toro and Lawn-Boy snow thrower products. This includes working with a cross functional team of Engineering, Finance, Sales and Operations to develop new products, prepare for market launch, lead annual planning efforts and develops marketing communications initiatives for the category.

How would you describe life at The Toro Company?
Life here is fun…always busy and very collaborative. My peers help to make my work enjoyable as well.

How is it different from your experiences at other companies?
The culture is truly unique.  It is a very collaborative environment where one’s opinions are valued and appreciated.  In the past, I’ve worked in business consulting and marketing agency environments which are a stark contrast to Toro’s open and honest culture. We also have great stability and camaraderie compared to other companies.  I definitely feel like we are all working toward a common goal. 

What makes your career fulfilling?
The people I work with and the experiences I have gained make my career fulfilling.  I've been with the company for three years, and I’m still learning so many new things.  The challenges are exciting and I feel I am making a difference.
