Giving and Volunteerism

At The Toro Company, we believe that a satisfying life comes from contributing at work and giving back to the communities important to you. In many ways, we support your interests and involvement:   

Volunteer

Volunteering is an important part of our culture.  As a full-time office employee, you may use up to 20 paid hours annually to roll-up your sleeves and give back to others. Participate in volunteer activities of your own interest or in company-sponsored activities like building playgrounds, constructing sports fields, cleaning up the environment, or promoting education.  In the Twin Cities, we often partner with the Minnesota Twins, Habitat for Humanity and The Minnesota Zoo on service projects. 

Your volunteerism and giving at Toro is supported by:
