Amy E. Dahl

Vice President, Human Resources and Distributor Development

Amy Dahl was appointed vice president, human resources and distributor development in December 2016. Previously, she was appointed as vice president, human resources from March 2015 to December 2016. Prior to that, she served as managing director, corporate communications and investor relations from June 2013 to March 2015.

Dahl joined The Toro Company in 2007 as corporate counsel and served in various legal roles including as assistant general counsel and assistant secretary until June 2013. She provided legal counsel primarily in the areas of securities law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law, and had oversight responsibility for Toro’s products integrity team. From 2012 to 2014 she served as chair of the committee responsible for planning Toro’s centennial celebration.

Dahl earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and a Juris Doctor, with distinction, from The University of North Dakota School of Law where she was a member of the Order of the Coif. She currently serves on the boards of the Minnesota Twins Community Fund and The Toro Foundation.
