
Richard W. Rodier
Rick Rodier was elected group vice president, construction businesses in April 2019, assuming responsibility for overseeing the performance of The Toro Company’s enterprise-wide construction businesses and leading the integration of the newly acquired Charles Machine Works businesses. In May 2020, Rodier expanded his leadership role to include both the contractor and residential businesses. Previously, Rodier served as vice president of commercial from November 2017 through March 2019, and as vice president of Sitework Systems from October 2016 through October 2017. He was first named general manager of Sitework Systems in February 2009.
Rodier joined The Toro Company in 1987 as a manufacturing systems analyst. He has held various positions in the commercial marketing group and previously served as general manager of the Company’s landscape contractor business from 2004 to 2009.
Rodier earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Hamline University in Saint Paul, Minnesota and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He serves on the board of directors of The Toro Foundation.
