Lori Riley is vice president of human resources at The Toro Company. In her role, Lori is responsible for leading talent management and organizational development across the enterprise, advancing key goals that support strategic priorities and further strengthen the company’s culture of excellence.

Lori joined The Toro Company in 2025 from Northern Tool + Equipment, a global manufacturer and retailer of tools and equipment, where she most recently served as chief people and administrative officer. Prior to joining Northern Tool + Equipment, Lori also led worldwide corporate, technology and operations teams in senior leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group, iMedia Brands, Inc., and Target Corporation.

She received a Bachelor of Science in personnel and industrial relations, as well as a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Education from Northern Illinois University.
