The Toro Company (NYSE: TTC) today announced that it has successfully completed its acquisition of privately-held Venture Products, Inc., the manufacturer of Ventrac-branded products. Based in Orrville, Ohio, Ventrac is a leading manufacturer of articulating turf, landscape, and snow and ice management equipment for the grounds, landscape contractor, golf, municipal and rural acreage markets.

The company expects to provide updated full-year guidance when it reports its fiscal 2020 first quarter results on March 5, 2020.
