The Toro Company Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

BLOOMINGTON, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 2008--The Toro Company (NYSE: TTC) today announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 15 cents per share. The dividend is payable on January 12, 2009 to shareholders of record on December 18, 2008.

As of December 2, the company has 36,322,566 common shares outstanding.
